Hours

As a part-time practice, my schedule is open 3 days a week from 5-8 by appointment only.  

I require a deposit of $25.00 for the appointment, which will be applied toward your next appointment if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time. 

Appointments not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours before; the deposit will not be refunded or applied toward the next appointment
