My name is Christina Ankney, and I am a graduate of the Alpha School of Massage in Jacksonville. Throughout my training, I completed over 700 hours of coursework and performed more than 200 massages on paying clients during my internship. My background is as a Medical Assistant. I have been a Medical Assistant with AS in Alide Health since 2005. 

I chose to seek a way to help patients in a more holistic approach when my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2015. He was having pain and stiffness and needed something other than medication for relief.

My Massage practice is part-time, my goal and passion are to help others feel better. Massage therapy offers a wide range of benefits, including reducing pain, reducing stress, relieving tension, improving circulation, and fostering a deeper connection between the mind and body.
